A wordless illustrated album project, stemming from a series of images created for the solo exhibition “Als núvols” (Barcelona, September 2014).
Many artists throughout history have depicted clouds or sought inspiration by looking at the sky. Clouds have always fascinated me: their infinite and original shapes, their luminosity, their exuberant presence, their volume… They are much more than simple water vapor. What if we could walk through them, if we could traverse them? Purely for enjoyment, I have imagined and illustrated small stories and anecdotes in vast spaces where clouds change their physics to enable new landscapes, new skies, and new homes that allow us to travel and look beyond.
